As Kayvan puts it, “Technical Sales Representative is just a title.” As a Mechanical Engineer by trade, Kavan is naturally a problem solver. He combines his technical skills, industry experience, and direct point of contact availability to deliver streamlined, holistic, and consultative support.

SEW-Eurodrive’s flagship product is its service and ability to offer critical support to its customers around the clock. “70% of my role involves consulting, it’s like white glove service for the industrial world. I need to fully understand my clients’ applications, be available by promptly responding to emergencies, and most importantly, build and nurture relationships through trust.”

Previously working in the Bearing Manufacturing industry, Kayvan decided to advance his career and align himself with a company and a sector that suited his desire to problem solve, learn, and interact with people.

“I invested significant time in my education and working as an application engineer. With so many transferable skills, I decided to pursue a career where I could be continually challenged, pair my interpersonal traits with my technical knowledge, and become an integral part of support for various industries. Kayvan felt that SEW-Eurodrive checked the boxes, joined the SEW-Eurodrive team in 2019, and continues providing technical sales support and problem-solving in new and retrofit projects across the GTA.
