"L'id\u00e9e de profiter du wakeboard sans les implications environnementales de l'utilisation d'un hors-bord nous a vraiment intrigu\u00e9s - nous avions juste besoin de trouver le bon lieu et la bonne application pour le faire." Apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es de rep\u00e9rage dans la r\u00e9gion du Grand Toronto pour un endroit id\u00e9al et d'obstacles \u00e0 travers l'alimentation \u00e9lectrique et les r\u00e9glementations gouvernementales, Rail Yard Wake Park a ouvert ses portes en 2013.

\u00abNous voulions capturer le vrai sentiment du Wake Boarding traditionnel et l'ouvrir au public. Vous pouvez litt\u00e9ralement vous pr\u00e9senter ici avec un ensemble de maillots de bain et tout le reste est pris en charge. Capturer la v\u00e9ritable sensation de Wake Boarding n\u00e9cessitait un syst\u00e8me d'entra\u00eenement suffisamment robuste pour g\u00e9rer 12 \u00e0 15 heures d'utilisation ininterrompue, ainsi qu'une \u00e9lectronique int\u00e9gr\u00e9e pour un contr\u00f4le de vitesse ultra-pr\u00e9cis et une capacit\u00e9 sans fil.

L'application de tyrolienne a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue et construite par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 allemande Sesitec et \u00e9tait \u00e9quip\u00e9e de moteurs et d'\u00e9lectronique SEW. Cependant, les responsables des op\u00e9rations, Ross et Ian, savaient que tout temps d'arr\u00eat entra\u00eenerait des clients d\u00e9\u00e7us. \u00ab Nous ne voudrions pas voir le visage de nos invit\u00e9s si l'une de nos deux lignes tombait en panne. Un trajet moyen dure de 7 \u00e0 10 minutes, nous devons donc nous assurer que tout probl\u00e8me peut \u00eatre r\u00e9solu rapidement. Sesitec a une excellente r\u00e9putation pour la livraison rapide des composants critiques, mais nous avions besoin d'un protocole de service en place sp\u00e9cifiquement pour le syst\u00e8me d'entra\u00eenement.\u00a0\u00bb

Apr\u00e8s une br\u00e8ve conversation avec un coll\u00e8gue, Ross a d\u00e9couvert que SEW-Eurodrive a plusieurs bureaux canadiens qui pourraient remplacer ou r\u00e9parer les disques et l'\u00e9lectronique 24\/7\/365. "Nous avons imm\u00e9diatement t\u00e9l\u00e9phon\u00e9 et parl\u00e9 de r\u00e9ponse rapide, Scott Gallop nous a rappel\u00e9s imm\u00e9diatement, puis il s'est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 notre parc la semaine suivante. Scott nous a dit exactement ce que nous voulions entendre, et d'apr\u00e8s sa r\u00e9activit\u00e9, nous savions qu'il pensait ce qu'il disait.

Le syst\u00e8me d'entra\u00eenement est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un SEW Movitrac\u00ae MCO7 pour un contr\u00f4le ultime. La vitesse de la tyrolienne est contr\u00f4l\u00e9e \u00e0 l'aide d'une t\u00e9l\u00e9commande sans fil, ce qui permet \u00e0 l'op\u00e9rateur de voir visuellement le cycliste et d'ajuster la vitesse en fonction du niveau de comp\u00e9tence.<\/p>
